Terms & Conditions

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

All online order under $120 will incur a $10 flat rate for Australian addresses. At this time we are not delivering outside Australia.

Deliveries are sent within 24-hours from time of purchase during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.

Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 3-4 days from the time of shipment. Most metropolitan deliveries are received next day, where the order is received between Monday – Friday and prior to midday. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 3-4 days depending on your location.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at hello@candlexchange.com.au

 

WE CARE ABOUT HOW WE DELIVER YOUR GOODS

Doing our bit to help reduce plastic waste, we proudly use The Better Packaging Co biodegradable bags which contain no toxic residues & are completely compostable.

When using boxes we use recycled cardboard, biodegrabable bubble wrap or upcycled packaging. 

We ask you to reuse the packaging when returning any CandleXchange containers. 

 

RETURN POLICY

We know you’re busy, so please follow our tips to ensure a speedy returns process.

To be eligible your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

EXCHANGING FRAGRANCES

You may wish to swap fragrance of candles. If so, candles should be returned within 14 days of dispatch.

Merchandise must not be used, damaged or altered.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Alternatively, you can swap in our warehouse at 4/1 Mitchell Road, Brookvale, 2100, Australia.

RETURNS

Candles should be returned within 14 days of dispatch.

Merchandise must be in a saleable condition.

Merchandise must not be used, damaged or altered.

The original invoice as proof of purchase must be provided.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to 4/1 Mitchell Road, Brookvale, 2100, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
