2. Use your home fragrances and enjoy creating a wonderful home ambience.
3. When complete, return the empty container in the post or in a participating store. Please keep your candle lid to reuse.
4. Save 30% on your swap purchase and start again.
5. CandleXchange reuse the containers to make new candles and home fragrances.
How it works online
Fragrance Selection
Select new fragrance when buying your first product.
Select swap when you are swapping your used fragrance container for a new one.
Carbon Neutral Shipping
We will courier you a new fragrance with return Australia Post label.
We offset 100% of carbon emissions for every delivery.
Return the empty
We suggest you re-use the packaging to return your used fragrance container.
Apply the return paid label and drop to your local Australia Post.
Swap Discounts
When you buy online, we will charge the new fragrance price, then refund the swap discount on receipt of your fragrance container. Refund value is based on the container and size returned.
How our pricing works
When you swap your used CandleXchange container, you get 30% discount on your next fragrance.
If you swap in store you get the discount applied immediately.
If you swap online, you get the refunded amount on return of your CandleXchange reusable container.
The same process applies for other home fragrances in our range.
