To ensure the longevity and a quality burn of your candle, we suggest you burn your candle for at least 2hrs the first time and at least 1.5 hours ongoing.

We do not recommend burning your candle for longer than 4 hours.

Soy wax has a memory, so if you do not achieve a full burn, your candle is likely to tunnel.

Trimming wicks and cleaning the vessel prior to each burn will assist in achieving maximum candle life.

All online order will incur a $10 flat rate for Australian addresses. At this time we are not delivering outside Australia.

Deliveries are sent within 24-hours from time of purchase during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.

Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 3-4 days from the time of shipment. Most metropolitan deliveries are received next day, where the order is received between Monday – Friday and prior to midday. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 3-4 days depending on your location.

You will be refunded $25 when we receive your returned 800g CandleXchange ceramic container.

Our natural soy candles are hand poured using fragrances inspired by Australian nature.

We use pure soy wax and cotton wicks to create an even, clean, and safe burn.

We use high quality pre-tabbed wicks that are zinc and lead free and acid resistant. Constructed of a cotton flat braid, with paper fibres throughout.

The scent throw is amazing and the smell is just divine – refreshing and gives my home a lovely atmosphere.

I stumbled across this website, as I just love candles and really wanted to buy local. How delighted am I that I did!

On reading the reviews, I ordered the 800g Ceramic Soy Candle in Australian Bush.
I placed the order early Sunday morning and by Sunday afternoon (same day), the candle was sitting on my doorstep. Thanks so much ladies. Amazing service!

I lit the candle straight away and after burning for about 30 minutes the beautiful fragrance permeated throughout the entire floor and smelt great….so homely! Furthermore, the smell lingers after it’s blown out.

I’m so excited to have found this local, small business and look forward to purchasing more candles and refills in the not too distant future.
