To ensure the longevity and a quality burn of your candle, we suggest you burn your candle for at least 1.5hrs the first time and at least 1 hour ongoing.

We do not recommend burning your candle for longer than 4 hours.

Soy wax has a memory, so if you do not achieve a full burn, your candle is likely to tunnel.

Trimming wicks and cleaning the vessel prior to each burn will assist in achieving maximum candle life.

All online order will incur a $10 flat rate for Australian addresses. At this time we are not delivering outside Australia.

Deliveries are sent within 24-hours from time of purchase during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.

Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 3-4 days from the time of shipment. Most metropolitan deliveries are received next day, where the order is received between Monday – Friday and prior to midday. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 3-4 days depending on your location.

You will be refunded $20 when we receive your returned 460g CandleXchange glass container.

Our natural soy candles are hand poured using fragrances inspired by Australian nature.

We use pure soy wax and cotton wicks to create an even, clean, and safe burn.

We use high quality pre-tabbed wicks that are zinc and lead free and acid resistant. Constructed of a cotton flat braid, with paper fibres throughout.

What a fabulous idea … ticks all the boxes and more. I’ve had The Aussie bush, the Coconut & lime the jasmine & mint .. the scents are subtle but also unmistakable & absolutely sublime …. The florals in the Aussie bush are more “savoury” than “sweet” as some florals are, so it’s not overpowering. Like a blended wine, the fragrance will complement pretty much any bath salts.. with the different scents of the Aussie bush blend brought out depending on the bath salts dominant fragrance … perfectly complementing…. The coconut & lime is refreshing without being overpowering. It actually blends well with bath salts centred around muscle relaxation…. And finally the jasmine & mint scent energises in a calm way – the refreshing mint balancing the sweetness & calmness of the jasmine … paired with “energising” based bath salts will energise a tired body! I’ll definitely be refilling multiple times and can’t wait for new ranges !!

I am an avid candle user and very particular with what I use. I was gifted the most amazing candle by CandleXchange in a fragrance that I wouldn’t have typically chosen, “Australian Bush” however I’m so grateful, as it has infused the most beautiful and grounded energy into my living space. My teenage boys have commented and my animals have nested in this space. The fragrance is subtle and calming. I’m surprised by the reaction from my family and also delighted… I couldn’t ask for more.
